When these clients’ mid-century home started feeling dark and dated (the result of remodeling work done by previous owners in the late ’90s), they knew it was time for a transformation. Kristen partnered with an architect to develop a new floor plan, managed revisions throughout the design and construction process, and served as a central point of contact across all contractors, keeping communication clear and the project moving.
She also led the full selection process for finishes and fixtures, including tile, flooring, countertops, faucets, lighting, and appliances—integrating newer technology like a flush-mount hood vent and a hidden induction cooktop into the design.
